Rafał Baran

University Educated. 20 years of experience in the media and in marketing communication. An expert, among other fields, in marketing strategy, planning multichannel campaigns, sponsoring, event management, celebrity endorsement and advertising, music marketing and change management. He delivered successfull branding campaigns for Play, Orange, mBank, a laureate of many industry awards and distinctions (incl. EFFIE, twice awarded the Agency of the Year). Managed Polish and international advertising agencies. Most recently CEO of Grey Group Polska. Prior to that, marketing manager at Sony Music and BMG Music.


Aneta Parafiniuk Management Board Member, CFO

Aneta Parafiniuk

University educated. Expert auditor, accounting, auditing and taxation expert with many years of experience in conducting research, financial statement analysis, due dilligence projects, transaction consulting, and budgeting for major projects for large enterprises such as Ernst&Young Audit Sp. z o.o. and TPA Horwath Horodko Audit Sp. z o.o. Until her appointment to become the board member at 4fun Media S.A. she held the position of the Director for Financial Reporting and Controlling at the company.


SUPERVISORY BOARD

Dariusz Stokowski Chairman oF the Supervisory Board

University educated. Graduate of International Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Founder and main shareholder of the Nova Group Ltd. fund, the majority shareholder of 4fun Media S.A. He is responsible for strategic development of the fund, inwestments, mergers and acquisitions of new ventures. Since the foundation of Nova Holding in 2002 he laid the foundation for the assets currently within its portfolio. Works closely to the media, marketing and new technology markets since the 1990s. In 1997 he founded Polymus advertising agency then followed by other ventures, which belong to the porfolio of the fund today. Since 2003 he created and managed 4fun.tv. Until 2009 he was the CEO of 4fun Media S.A. Member of numerous supervisory boards.


Marek Piotr Tarnowski V-ce Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Univesity educated. Graduate of the Finance and Banking department at the Warsaw School of Economics, executive MBA at University of Minnessota, Carlsson School of Management nad WSE.

Over a decade of experience in finance, management and enterprise restructuring. Expert in the fields of finance, mergers and acquisitions. During his successfull professional career he assumed managerial and supervisory positions within many public companies, including Arteria S.A. (2002-2004), Polymus Sp. z o.o. (2000-2007), MCI Management Sp. z o.o. (2008-2009), Travelplanet.pl (2008-2009), CR Media S.A. (2009-2010), Internet Group S.A. (2010-2011), Nova (Cyprus) Group Ltd. (2010-2012), 4funMedia S.A. (2003-2008). Currently member of the Supervisory Board at Ventus Investments S.A. and member of the Management Board at Polskie Inwestycje Publiczno - Prywatne S.A. Independent Member of the Supervisory Board.


Jakub Bartkiewicz Member of the Supervisory Board

University educated. Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, lecturer of postgraduate programs at WSE regarding enterprise valuation.

Chairman of the Managment Board, Member of the Investment Committee at Dom Inwestycyjny Investors S.A. Gained experience in the field of capital investment as an advisor for international and local consulting companies and investment funds. Since 2000 CEO of FAS Polska Sp. z o.o., responsible for substantial supervision over the company's activities and consulting on strategic matters and transactions for FAS Polska Sp. z o.o. corporate clients. In 2001-2003 Vice Chairman for Finance at Genesis Sp. z o.o., responsible for capital restructuring of the group of companies in the telecommunications market. Prior to that, in 1997-1999 Consultant and then Senior Consultant at the Corporate Finance dept. of PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 1996-1997 worked as an analyst at Fitch Polska, and in 1995-1996 he was a specialist at Związek Banków Polskich (Polish Banks Association). Jakub Bartkiewicz was also a Member of Supervisory and Management Boards of many capital companies incl. Member of the Supervisory Board position at Travelplanet.pl, Vicechairman of the Management Board at Care Sp. z o.o., Vicechairman of Genesis Sp. z o.o., CEO of ABC Investment Sp. z o.o., Chairman of the Supervisory Board at CB S.A. Ross Newens Member of the Supervisory Board

University Educated. Graduate of psychology at Middlesex University and Edinborough University.

Independent business consultant. Expert in the cable and sattelite TV industry, knowledgeable in the fields of electronic and digital media in the European Union. During his successfull professional career he assumed several managerial positions and acted as member of management and supervisory boards of Polish and international companies including: Internaitonal Family Entertainment TV (1992-1995), Multichoice TV (1995-1997), AT Entertainment - Wizja TV (1997-2001), 4fun.tv (2003-2009), Comtica - IT Solutions Company (2002-2005), Nova Communications Group Polska (2003-2010). Parter at Nova Group LTD. Significant shareholder of the Nova Group Ltd. fund, which is the majority shareholder of 4fun Media S.A.


Alexander Overweter Member of the Supervisory Board

University educated. Graduate of the Amsterdam School of Economics.

Holds many years of sales and marketing experience, conducted busines activity in Poland and in the Netherlands incl. importing Matell products into Poland, worked in the FMCG market within DMS Sp. z o.o. Currently Chairman of the Board of Orange Development (real estate). Independent Member of the Supervisory Board.
