He worked, among others in such companies as Altkom Akademia, Exatel, Internet Group, CR Media, Pino Group, 4fun Media, Program. In 2014, Mateusz Górecki became the head of the hatak.pl website, transforming it successfully in to naEKRANIE.pl - the second largest website about series, films, books, games and technology in Poland and noting in this period, over 1200% increase in the number of unique users.

Rafał Baran has 20 years of experience in the media and marketing communication. He is an expert, in the field of marketing strategies, planning multi-channel campaigns, sponsorship, event organization, celebrity advertising, music marketing and change management. He carried out big campaigns related to the promotion of brands such as Play, Orange, mBank. He is a winner of many industry awards and distinctions such as EFFIE, twice Agency of the Year, AdMan of the Year. He was managing Polish network advertising agencies. He was a CEO at Gray Group Polska. Earlier, among others head of marketing at phonographic companies Sony Music and BMG Music. Higher education (MBA Kozminski University in Warsaw, AMP Business Administration and Management, IESE Barcelona).
Managing Director of the E-Commerce Unit
Marta Sawicka holds the position of Managing Director of the E-Commerce Unit. In the 4Fun group, she is responsible for the management and development of the e-commerce department. Currently including the following stores: Cupsell.pl, Mustache.pl, naimpreze.pl, MarsformVenus.com, pingbig.com and more. Marta Sawicka has 17 years of experience in developing strategies and communication for the largest Polish brands, including Lotos, Polkomtel, Showmax, Samsung, Microsoft, Kompania Piwowarska. Projects implemented by Marta have been awarded many times at Effie, KTR, Innovation Ad and Mixx Awards festivals. For several years she was associated with Gray Group Poland, then with FCB Bridge2fun. Marta Sawicka is a graduate of EMBA at WSB and Nottingham Trent University.
